Energy is all everything is - vibrations with distinct frequencies creating sound, colour, matter, existence and our essence.
From cells, muscles, sensation and thoughts to finance, food, relationships and creativity. It’s all energy – building, shaping, hydrating and organising our expression, joy and experience of life.
WHY ENERGY READING AND HEALING
Energy works because energy is how we work. In sensing the energetic state of your body, we read underneath the story and struggle to heal and enhance how you experience yourself and your world. It works where words do not and working it out hasn't.
Sessions offer energetic insights, restructuring and implementations that work to systematically strengthen the self and body. Because healing is natural - and happens when we restore our energetic fields and bodies back to their natural rhythms.

Wherever you are - our time together will have you on your way.
REMOTE SESSIONS
Remote healings, radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth… you might not know how these work - but they do! Whether you can wrap your head around quantum physics and the biofield or not - energy works beyond space, time and form. As such, sessions are conducted through a telephone or video call, eliminating logistical factors and various stimulations. It's one of the ways I was introduced to the work, and would be happy to share more over a free connection call.
IN PERSON SESSIONS
Working worldwide - sessions are currently offered in Mount Martha, Australia for the remainder of 2026.
THE EXPERIENCE
Simply show up as you are. We can start by leaving things unsaid or with an intent, question or sharing before moving into an energetic reading and healing. These components are interwoven and predominantly completed off the body - yet can involve light touch. You are dressed and welcome to position yourself in any comfortable manner.
What you experience during sessions will change as we sense and heal what is alive in your body and energy field. You may be cognitively engaged or shift into theta brainwaves, inducing sleep or meditative states. Autonomous body movement and sensation can arise, alongside emotion, memory, visuals, stories, learnings and thought. The session often closes in a sharing of the experience. Time can be allocated to personal development, in which we implement creative tasks, projects and approaches to support the ways in which you present, live and sense.
Energy work extends beyond the session, with some effects being immediate and others transpiring over time. Your sensitivity and sensations will vary.
